What is the return policy?

We do not accept returns unless there is damage upon receiving the product. If there is a problem we ask that you reach out to us within 15 days so that we can make the proper arrangements. 

How long does a product take to ship and how long until I receive my order?

We will ship the as soon as we finish it. Everything really is made to order. Orders take from 1-5 days to finish. If you need a more accurate estimate please contact us.  All of our products are shipped via USPS or UPS so once we ship the product you will receive the package within 2-5 business days. *We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS and UPS*

We are located in Central Wisconsin.

Can I create a custom order or ask for alterations?
